The doctor and nurse ( Naomi ) were fantastic, they ran all my blood test and x-rays and got me out of there as quickly as possible. Felt like I was in capable hands with them both. Hey Naomi thanks for the sandwiches, they could use some improvement 😁

Went to the ER with a foreign object in my eye. Dr Brailer and Dr Akbar were super dilligent in making me comfortable treating the symptons. Both Drs came to see me multiple times and answered all my questions with compassion. Dr Brailler was personable and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns. I could see Dr Akbar truly cared-and not just going through the motions. Both Drs were gentle and articulate when they had to poke around in my eye. The nurse staff was amazing. The nurse who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. I was then assigned nurse Stacey who so compassionate and was constantly checking in on me. I could tell that she really cared and felt so bad for me and the discomfort i was experiencing. She treated me like a mom. She made the whole experience so much easier. Hope to not have to come back to the ER anytime soon--but if I do I hope its when all these Doctors and nurses are there.

The nurses Stacy, and Alexa were very wonderful they took time and made sure I was taken care of properly. Very nice and caring.i would have no problem having either one of them as my nurse all the time on any hospital visit .Even the physician Cristina was very nice and took really good care of me.

Had a stress test at the office of my heart doctor. Everything went well. The nurses were extremely friendly and the CT scan operator and my doctor. Everything was clear and I was asked to return next year 2027. Thanks UH Parma Medical Center ! You are the best !

Honestly, even though I work at this hospital, I was dreading the ER visit. Not to shame this location- I just hate doctors offices and the ER in general from my past experiences. Anyway, I’m glad I came for my issues. Everyone from Emily my triage nurse to Amanda the PCNA to Liz my RN to the NP William, thank you all so much for being so friendly and positive during my experience. I appreciate you all so much. I also want to thank my MRI techs (Russ?? And a younger gentleman) for relaxing me and helping me not have a panic attack while getting head scans. Thank you for listening to my concerns with my claustrophobia and for making what could have been a horror situation into one that was not horrible at all. Thank you for communicating with me and the team and getting me out in a timely fashion.

I had an ER visit on 5/15 which extended into one overnight and would like to commend a few people for the kind and professional help. Stacey LPN in ER Briana B RN on the 3rd floor OBS working with Marena Daniel Nickerson was my nurse on the 3rd floor And Claire , who if I remember properly was the CAT Scan operator. I apologize to anyone I may have missed. Please extend my appreciation for their work. Alex

The support and assistance that I got when I went to the ER was wonderful. Being in the ER can be worrisome, but everyone that I interacted with was upbeat, positive, and helpful. Kaye and Kayli were especially great. They even found a phone charger for me to use. Great experience overall in the ER. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I ended up being admitted and was moved to the 8th floor. Everyone who provided care there was also amazing. I especially appreciated the attentiveness and quality care I received from Jessica, Phil, Bree, Mary, Kyle, Alec, and many others who made sure my needs were met. They created a calm, comfortable environment for me as I prepared for and recovered from surgery. Dr. Linz performed my surgery and was helpful and informative. He put me at ease and the procedure went well. I would return here for any future medical needs or emergencies.

Went to ER for stomach pains. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Cannon was very thorough, and answered all my questions. Bob and Nick were wonderful. They were very polite and kind, and took great care of me. I told them I’d give them a 12 out of 10!

The first nurse Alex I only had for a couple hours but she was very attentive and helped ease my frustration of waiting five hours in the emergency room. The next nurse Liz was also fantastic I’m a va patient so I have something to compare the care given to me. She was empathetic ,professional and addressed all my needs. I needed to use my call light frequently and it was answered quickly and cheerfully every time. She made me want to stay in the er rather than switch to a room because I knew the care I was receiving was excellent
